wen i go to ur site, to look at other satellites, i cant see the map cos it says the google maps api which was used is registered under another site?!?! wht does that mean?

Ryan, some of them are visible, and you could see them when they are passing over your head, especially in the evening (between let's say 7pm and 11 pm).
Some people like to look after satellites, some don't.

What do you mean be available satellites? Satellites above the horizon (elevation > 0)?. There are alot of satellites "visible", but most of them are geostationary, meaning they will not move across the map. Pleae visit www.n2yo.com and see what I mean.

I think Dorina is referring to the same concept as Google Maps local search. Something along the lines of being able to search for "satellites near Romania" and the map jumps to Romania, showing the location of maybe 10 satellites nearby. I see how that could be useful for the purpose described above by Eric.

SuitSat-1 is on the list, the module is updated, now waiting for Keplerian data. Currently SuitSat-1 and ISS have the same orbit.

how does that make you intelligent? Sounds like a waste of time to me. Again, how is it useful to me to know that google's satellite is over australia right now, not over canada?

it is VERY VERY interesting, i am very glad someone made this.. I know it wouldnt be easy, Its gotta take 100's of hours to ut all that stuff together. keep uo th good work.

But yeah It would be better if you had it so users could change their location as you said. and maybe a sky chart with the satelite you selct shown
