I just wanted to commend on of your emoloyee's at the Walmart store in Gadsden.
I was shopping at your store and I had trouble finding 2 items. His name is Daryl Barker or Baker I am not sure what the last name is. He was stocking merchandise, I asked him if he could direct me to where I might find these items, He took me to the  and also took me to the items I was looking for. It is hard to find real customer service today, but I found one in him,

last week my family  and I was at walmart . I picked up a magazine and at the check out they would not sell it to me because the vender did not enter it in the computer. The magazine was on the shelf ,it had the price on it ,why could it not be put in at the register?

I LIVE IN CONWAY SC. AND I REALLY HATE TO GO TO THE WAL-MART IN CONWAY THEY HAVE THE LAZIEST ASSOCATES I  HAVE EVER SEEN. tHERE IS NEVER ENOUGH CASHIERS. YOU SHOP FOR 10 MINUTES AND WAIT FOR 20 TO CHECK OUT.  SEEMS LIKE YOUR PRICES ARE CLIMBING THERE TO . WE HAVE STARTED SHOPPING AT THE LOCAL GROCERY STORE .i WITNESSED A WOMAN FROM ANOTHER STATE TRY TO USE A FEDERAL WELFARE FOODSTAMP CARD AND IT WAS TURNED DOWN . i THOUGHT THEY WERE GOOD NATION WISE SO I TOLD HER ABOUT THE GROCERY STORE WE CHANGED TO AND THEY EXCEPTED IT . AND WILL NEVER GO BACK TO YOUR STORE . tHIS IS NOT THE FIRST INCIDENT . BY A LONG SHOT

we all love walmarts, the store is allways clean,i love to come in early/ the store is peasefull,not to many people around. the prices are great. keep up the good work//////

On Marcha 31. 2008, at 4.15 PM.I went to Store 2843 to exchange a pair of shoes I purchased the day before; these shoes were left shoe different size than the right shoe, for this reazon I went to the store to
exchange them, I never asked for my money back, but the associete No. 0001326 demanded to see my Driver license,I handed  to her and she entry all my information into the computer and gave me an slip to be sign,after a signed she gave me a blue cart and told me I have to spend it on something in the store, I told her again, all I wanted is to exhange the shoes for the right size, I do not want money back, but she ignore what I was
telling her, she said to me: I have your information into  the computer and you can only return or exchange merchandise 3 times a year only, I have to take another pair of shoes one size smaller, because the sotore didn't have my regular size in the same style.
My question is: IF I BUY MERCANDISE THAT IS NOT WORKING, NO REGULAR SIZE, DEFECTIVE,
ETC. Do I have to keep it because I can no exchange it or return it ? even if I am a regular customer that
shop at Walmart more than 6 times a month?...
Please answer me back I would like to hear your comments.

I ordered DVD Noble House(Full Screen) on-line and received Wide Screen version instead.  Since your store kept my packing list I only have Confirmation Nbr. 320823281 available for you.  I contacted your customer service on-line to establish whether or not you carried Full Screen, the answer was no.  I elected to take the DVD to my Walmart Store here in Daytona Beach on Beville Rd.  I was shocked to find out they approved the refund, accepted my DVD, kept my packing list and credited by card less the shipping charges I had paid to get the wrong version.

My question is:  Why is a customer penalized for receiving an incorrect item?

Since Walmart advertised in their catalog the DVD was full screen, and the packing list also showed the item was full screen, where did I go wrong that I would be penalized for paying for something I ordered but did not receive?

I, and others here, anxiously await Walmart's reply.

I always shop Wal-Mart in New Boston Tx. I buy my groceries,clothes electronics,pet food,cleaners etc. I had an electrical problem and asked your managers to help me by useing my serial&model #s of my electronic items to show proof of purchase and i have never saw a manager be so rude. he said this couldnot be done unless i new the exact date and time it was purchased .As he walked away whispering probably want a reciept to try an bring something back for the money. the same time my daughter purchased a computerif i had known they (GREG)was  gonna be so rude she wouldnt have gotten it. But in the future I wont Buy from Wal-Mart if its expensave.They also have a habit of stopping certain customers at the door if something is not bagged. I shop Wal-Mart at least @ times a week do i have to be treated so bad?

As I was waiting in line this morning I had to listen to the check-out woman(Margie)explain to another customer how the city of Sebastians police officers are agaisnt black people. Not only is this .inappropriate behavior she couldn't even work and talk at the same time.Had to wait for some feedback from the person she was checking out. Nor did I get a thank you or have a good day. I would have thought her attitude would change since realized I am a Walmart associate. 4-24-08

i just wanted to complain about your check-out a associate at Garden check-out. today is 5/2/08 time was 11:06am i had few things then i work through garden
i had a veggie seed went to garden' check-out. may i purchase please she look at me and her impress was why you bother me  she was A Rude. and also  she never say hi or thank-you.
i thought it was very BAD service.

HI  I  just want to say i purchase a pair of eye glasse's at the wal mark in Sandpoint Idaho and was only able to use them for around two month's  i tryed to take them back to get fix and thay did try once .  But i sill can not use then and have not been able to get any thing elas done about my eye glasse's and i have tryed.  Thay are useless to me .   And i wish i had naver went there iam out all that money and it dose not grow on tree's.  I would just like to know what to do with them????
